M	Milan Pozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zakoupení postele a zjištěných nedostatcích jsem jel tyto nedostatky ukázat na fotkách výrobci. Ten jen krčil rameny že se omlouvá. Ze je asi chyba na straně dodavatele. Očividně nechtěl svoji výrobu vylepšit na základě feedbacku od zákazníka a spíše v půlce rozhovoru odcházel pryč. Když jsem se zeptal jestli to je všechno tak mi odpověděl "co bych víc chtěl ". Na můj vkus arogantní jednání. Produkt nebyl levný a měl by odpovídat ceně, nebo by se měl výrobce aspoň snažit produkt zlepšit. The product was not cheap and should match the price, or at least the manufacturer should try to improve the product.
z	zuzana šlúchová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezva obchod. Tímto nábytkem postupně zařizujeme ložnici a dětské pokoje. Dnes zakoupena manželská postel + komoda + noční stolky. Naprostá spokojenost se zbožím i s celým průběhem obchodu i s dopravou na místo (4. patro bez výtahu). Doporučuji :-) Great shop. With this furniture we gradually furnish the bedroom and children's rooms. Today bought a double bed + chest of drawers + bedside tables. Absolute satisfaction with the goods and with the entire course of trade and transport to the place (4th floor without elevator). I recommend :-)
A	Adéla Somogyiová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesné! Dávám jednu hvězdu, protože žádná dát nejde. Fungování této firmy je absolutně nepochopitelné. Pracuji tam jen neschopní lidé. Zákaznický servis a komunikace se zákazníky jsou příšerné. Komunikace je arogantní. Objednali jsme postel, kterou odeslali ještě, než jim dorazila platba. Musela jsem řešit asi 8 telefonů s neschopnou a arogantní paní. Kvůli této chybě z jejich strany jsme si vzali oba v práci složitě volno a když přijel řidič, přivezl špatný kus. Nový kus měl přijet za 3 dny, přijel až po týdnu!!! Druhý řidič ani nenašel cestu před hlavní vchod našeho domu, takže opět několik telefonátů s řidičem na kterého jsem čekala 40 minut před domem v dešti, protože mi tvrdil, že už je na místě. Po rozbalení již správného kusu (samozřejmě až doma, co řidič odjel) jsme zjistili, že je čelo postele poškrábané! Rozhodně tento obchod nedoporučuji. Terrible! I give one star because none can be given. The operation of this company is absolutely incomprehensible. Only incompetent people work there. Customer service and communication with customers are terrible. Communication is arrogant. We ordered a bed, which they sent before they received payment. I had to deal with about 8 phones with an incompetent and arrogant lady. Due to this mistake on their part, we both took a difficult time off at work and when the driver arrived, he brought the wrong piece. The new piece was to arrive in 3 days, it arrived after a week !!! The second driver didn't even find his way in front of the main entrance of our house, so again several phone calls with the driver I had been waiting for 40 minutes in front of the house in the rain, because he told me he was already there. After unpacking the right piece (of course only at home after the driver left), we found out that the headboard is scratched! I definitely do not recommend this store.
