★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží mi sice přišlo pěkné, ale potřebovala jsem vrátit. Ano mou chybou jsem vrátila špatným dopravcem než vyžadovali, ale ze strany prodejce zásilka nevyzvednutá i když o tom věděli a slíbili, že se to vyřeší. Zprávy četli a nereagovali.
 The goods seemed nice to me, but I needed to return them. Yes, by my mistake, I returned the wrong carrier than they requested, but the seller did not pick up the shipment even though they knew about it and promised to resolve it. They read the news and did not respond.
