Customer service does not mean shout at your customer when they don't understand you. This has happened on two separate occasions, by the same woman, and left me feeling very uncomfortable. I remained polite.
I do my best to learn Czech, but it is not easy.
Would a deaf person get the same treatment?!
I have travelled extensively and never been treated with such hostility!
I don't write negative reviews typically but I'm hoping that it will make a difference.
