Paní (jméno jsem nepostřehl) mě při nákupu cigaret, kdy jsem jí dal zákaznickou kartu až po namarkování sprdla, že pro příště mám dát kartičku před nákupem a že to teď kvůli tomu musí celé stornovat a namarkovat znovu. Pokud ale vím, tak by se předem měla zeptat, zda-li vůbec kartičku vlastním, ne? Nehledě na to, že mumlat si polohlasně něco vulgárního před zákazníkem, tak, že to ten dotyčný zákazník slyší, se mi zdá dost přes čáru. Dobrý den, děkuji, na shledanou či alespoň náznak úsměvu ji asi taky nikdo nenaučil. Dělám v potravinách, takže moc dobře vím, co práce s lidmi obnáší, ale tohle by jsem si v životě nedovolil a rozhodně by mi to nikdo netoleroval. Jestli to paní nebaví a štve ji, že musí pracovat i o víkendech, tak ať se zamyslí, jestli je tato práce pro ní vhodná. Sem už nepáchnu. Very unpleasant experience! But as far as I know, she should ask in advance if I even own the card, right? Despite the fact that she muttered something vulgar in front of the customer, so that the customer heard it, it seems to me quite over the line. Hello, thank you, goodbye, or at least a hint of smile, perhaps no one taught her. I work in food, so I know very well what it takes to work with people, but I wouldn't have allowed myself this in my life, and no one would tolerate it. If the lady does not like it and she is annoyed that she has to work on weekends, let her wonder if this work is suitable for her. I won't stink here.
