★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup obsluhy při včerejším nákupu byl něco,co člověk jen tak nevidí a neslyší.Pouha žádost o výměnu krabičky cigaret koupených o 4 minuty dříve,se zvrtla v neřešitelný problem,který prodavačka Hedvika,po tom co jí došli argumenty(a že jich moc nebylo),řešila slovy:řešit to s vama nebudeme,seberte se a jděte. Nevěděli kde mají všeobecné podmínky,reklamační protokoly,stále jen dokola s kolegou opakovali,že vrácení cigaret není možné.Konec byl takový,že cigarety,které původně dle jejich slov vůbec nenabizeji,sem zahlédl ležet za pultem a po trvání na řešení a volání nadřízené,byla výměna najednou možná.Rozhodne vím,že sem si nepůjdeme s manželkou,která u toho byla se mnou,koupit už ani papírové kapesníky.

Jejich vlezly a otravný doplňkový prodej v podobě nabízení losu, doutníčků, kávy na cestu, sazeni loterie a hry na zmáčknutí truhlicky apod má za následek zbytecne dlouhé fronty a nekonečné čekání. Těmito věcmi se prodlouží obyčejný nákup denního tisku z pár vteřin na několika minutové stání ve frontě. 1 hvězdička je pro ně ještě hodně. Kdybych mohl, dám 0.
