★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani byla velmi neprofesionální a doslova se mi vysmála za to, že jsem si chtěla koupit HEETS, protože prý vypadám velmi mladě. I po předložení dokladu si neodpustila jízlivý komentář.
The lady was very unprofessional and literally laughed at me for wanting to buy HEETS because I suppose I look very young. Even after presenting the document, she did not forgive a sarcastic comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes zde chtěla manželka koupit karton Heetsek, ale po 10 minutách čekání to vzdala a šla jinám. Já byl u toho, tedy jsem to viděl. Byly tam dvě neochotné a zpomalené prodavačky, které se obě neúspěšně pokoušely o registraci jedné zákaznice k Iqos. Ani jednu z nich nenapadlo obsloužit zákazníky v dlouhé frontě. Když jsme nodcházeli a manželka utrousila, že to nechápe, tak ještě jedna z nich křičela, že i kdyby čekalo 10 lidí, je jí to jedno. No bravo, to je materiál. Tenhle obchod už nikdy.
Today, my wife wanted to buy a carton of Heetsek here, but after 10 minutes of waiting, she gave up and went elsewhere. I was there, so I saw it. There were two reluctant and slow saleswomen, both unsuccessfully trying to register one customer with Iqos. None of them thought of serving customers in a long line. When we left and my wife said she didn't understand, another one of them shouted that even if 10 people were waiting, she didn't care. Well, that's material. This shop never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký GECO tabák, kde si pořídíte snad vše co vás napadne. Také tu jde vsadit sportka a platba kartou je samozřejmostí. Personál je milý a přátelský.
