★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, balíček leží na depu DPD Hruškovy dvory 47, Jihlava 4 dny, nedoručeno z důvodu karantény v rodině, nevím, kde vzali tyto informace. Upozornila jsem, že balíčky nám může přebírat firma, která sídlí naproti našemu domu. Arogantní jednání, neschopnost a neochota i od paní vedoucí. Chtěla jsem si balíček vyzvednout na depu osobně...žádná odezva. V balíčku stromky, mají být doručeny v pondělí, nevím, zda budou stromky v pořádku po 6 dnech na depu...zaměstnanci nekomunikují, několikráte jsem volala....nedoporučuji toto DEPO DPD!!!!!

I pointed out that the packages can be taken over by a company located opposite our house. Arrogant behavior, incompetence and reluctance even from the leader. I wanted to pick up the package at the depot in person ... no response. In the package trees, to be delivered on Monday, I do not know if the trees will be fine after 6 days at the depot ... employees do not communicate, I called several times .... I do not recommend this DEPO DPD !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již 3 dny vidíme ve sledování, že zásilka leží na depu v Jihlavě a nemohou ji doručit, protože nemají místo v autě! Již po několikáte máme s touto přepravní společností problém, již nikdy více.
We have been seeing it for 3 days now that the consignment is located at the depot in Jihlava and they cannot deliver it because they do not have a place in the car! We have had a problem with this transport company several times, never again.
