Vždy využiji jinou možnost doručení. I will never use it again. Every driver gives different false information. I waited in vain for 14 days for the package. Even the manager gave false information. Never more! I always use a different delivery option.

Společnost nabízí jako výdejní místa obchody, které s ní vubec nespoluoracuji. Takže si pohodlně sledujete zásilku, které sr ukáže jako nedorucena, a nikdo vám není schopen říct kam a kdy zásilku doručí. Customer service je milý, jediné plus, jinak nejhorší zkušenost s českým přepravcem... If you need to deliver the shipment on time, I definitely do not recommend. You also have a better chance with Česká pošta. The company offers shops as dispensing points which I do not cooperate with at all. So you can conveniently watch a shipment that it shows undelivered, and no one can tell you where and when it will deliver the shipment. Customer service is nice, the only plus, otherwise the worst experience with a Czech carrier ...
