Byla jsem zvyklá na nějaký standart a musím říct, že jsem stejný standart se skvělou komunikací, vstřícným jednáním získala i u této firmy a pochvala letí přímo kurýrovi panu Králíkovi :). Moc děkuji a GLS doporučuji :) I was a little worried when the Czech company EURONA switched from another carrier to GLS. I was used to some standard and I have to say that I have the same standard with great communication, it has been welcoming with this company and the praise is flying directly to the courier Mr. Králík :). Jelikož jsem si pro doručení balíku vybral vaši firmu před konkurencí, tak se mi stalo něco, co mě naprosto šokovalo. Dnes mi měl být doručován v odpoledních hodinách pilný balík (náhradní díl) v čase 15:00 - 18:00 balík na adresu domů. Na základě vaši výzvy jsem v odpoledních hodinách byl doma, ale nikdo nezvonil ani nevolal a v 18hod. mi přišla zpráva, že doručovací pokus byl neúspěšný - adresát nezastižen, což byl jasný podvod na zákazníka. Vašemu kurýrovi jsem po 18 hodině volal a jasně mi řekl, že nestíhá a na naši adrese fyzicky nebyl. Prý máte KAPACITNÍ PROBLÉMY, COŽ MĚ VŮBEC NEZAJÍMÁ. Každá firma se má zařídit tak, aby byla schopna plnit zakázky ze stávající smlouvy. Bohužel takové jednání se mi u konkurence nikdy nestalo (PPL, DPD) a příště si vyberu znovu raději je, protože jsou kvalitnější. Chápu, že je doba před Vánoci a máte hodně zakázek, ale co nechápu, tak proč nejste féroví a zákazníka telefonicky neinformujete o daném problému. Raději mu pošlete pod nos podvodný email (adresát nezastižen), za který zákazník vůbec nemůže. Už jsem o problému informoval i Vaši infolinku, která mi potvrdila kapacitní problémy. I called your courier after 6 pm and clearly told me that he was not pursuing and was not physically at our address. I suppose you have CAPACITY ISSUES, which I don't care about. Each company should be arranged to be able to fulfill orders from the existing contract. Unfortunately, such behavior never happened to my competitors (PPL, DPD) and next time I choose them again, because they are better. I understand that it is time before Christmas and you have a lot of orders, but what I do not understand, so why you are not fair and do not inform the customer by phone about the problem. Instead, send him a fraudulent email (addressee not reached), for which the customer is not at all responsible. I have already informed about the problem with your infoline, which confirmed the capacity problems. Thank you for understanding.
