★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After one month waiting on my parcel to be delivered (from Great Britain to the Czech republic), they sent me a protocol that the parcel was delivered with my faked signature on it. They did not bother to find out what happened with my parcel and did not bother to apologize. Very bad and rude customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company with a bunch of thieves working on it. Every package they will open it take what they want or they can sell and either throw away the rest or deliver the rest. And even if they deliver they lie that they tried deliver but no one was there. Absolutely joke of a company. Anyone working for them should be ashamed....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Stayed home all day to receive parcel. I was even outside and they said they tried to deliver when it’s clearly a lie. Treated unfairly by the lady on the phone I spoke to. Nobody came, and they are sending the medicines I ordered back to the sender. What a terrible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good. Didn't write to me to announce the first delivery attempt so I wasn't at home then - I needed to contact them a week later after I realised something wasn't going to plan. But then they were very responsive and delivered as promised once I contacted them. The courier called ahead, spoke English and was even a good spirited soul.

They don t call if your don t have a czech number and they make no effort at all. I gave a czech number for a second order and they called to inform the wouldn t have come that day , but the day after and still nobody came.
I don t understand why it s so difficult to come and pick up something at a place at a certain time.
The mail office is not helping unless you provide a tracking number.
Really this is the only country where the service is so bad !

Even one star is a blessing for this delivery failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used GLS in other countries but Czech Republic GLS is appalling. They made several mistakes, didn't deliver my package for a number of days, they kept misleading me over the phone and at one point straight out lying to me saying the package wasn't addressed correctly. It was addressed correctly and I'm making an official complaint now. The customer service is beyond horrible, I would give it zero stars if I could. Do NOT use GLS!!!
