★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ALMOST LOST MY BROTHER! Because of this incompetent hospital and workers. He is not able to SPEAK and WALK now but we went there by smiling. PLEASEEEE NEVER GO THEREE PLEASE WE WİLL SUE THEM TO THE EUROPEAN COURT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE
I went to see a doctor because of chest pain and swollen legs. I was seen by Dr. Pluhar Tomas who was extremely rude did not examine me just guessed instead. He fist rolled his eyes because I was not speaking Czech. then he gave me a report in Czech and when I translated it I realized was full of lies, like all my answers have been answering and I have been explained what to do next. I did not advise anyone to go to this hospital especially if you need someone who talks English and you need to be helped by someone who you can trust. I find out the address at the British embassy and unfortunately I did not looked at the reviews earlier

Since we have no european medical insurance we have to pay 90 c at the entrance and 1618 c for full medical examination.
Service is very good and almost every body speaks english.
So if you are a tourist this is the right place to go in case of medical emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been treated so bad in my life. I am very upset with the personel behaviour especially the short women with scar on her face. She refused to call a doctor and called my injury "not enough serious to be treated as emergency". I will sue you if I will be hurt becouse of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very serious injuries and damages on my head and my hand ankle was broken but it took 3 hours to just to see the doctor. Then, it took 2:30 hours more to just to see the results. I might have internal bleeding but still it took 3 hours to examine me. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unfriendly staff. My mother came in with an eye emergency and they had us wait 2.5 hours (and still waiting) until we were seen. They have a system where they give you a number for the cue (which took a good 35 minutes until you receive it). This number is meaningless because they do not use the systems that show the numbers (pics attached). Also, doctors don’t speak English and look very judgmentally for not speaking Czech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to emergency , felt bad, nurse went out and asked me near the doors whats happens, she told me to take ibuprofen. I asked her to measure at list tepreture, I had less about 35,5. She told me to go home)) amazing help.
few months ago I came there with brother which had diarrhea and vomiting, we were waiting more than one hour.... after they put him infusion and left him sitting alone, he was without any power, he was calling me by the phone to ask them to lay. So, I had to knock them to ask them to check him and put him to lay. They were eating and laughing but not checking patients....
P.S. At the end I found resin of my bd health was high level of bad Cholesterol and it was dangerous to don't check me , because I could have stroke, I am in risk zone....
