Objednany som bol na 12:30. Ked som tam prisiel, tak boli predomnou traja pacienti. Personalu tam bolo tak 10 ludi. To som este netusil, ze domov pojdem az po dva a pol hodinach. Vypisanie jednej vety do posudku, 15 minut. Prestavka medzi pacientami, 15 minut (asi dezinfikovali celu ambulanciu, inak si to neviem vysvetlit) ... Ak by takymto tempom pracovali vsetci, tak sme este v dobe kamennej. Takze dokopy kvoli zmeraniu tlaku, precitaniu textu na dverach a razitku, tam clovek stravi takmer tri hodiny. Jedna hviezdicka za velmi mile vystupovanie personalu. Incredibly slow staff. It took them so long that he stopped me. If it weren't for the entrance to work, I'll leave after half an hour. If everyone worked at this pace, we would still be in the Stone Age. So together to measure the pressure, read the text on the door and the stamp, one spends almost three hours there. One star for the very nice performance of the staff.
V	Vlčková Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup, velmi mile zacházení jak ze strany lékařů tak sester. V nemocnici jsem ležela cca 10dni a nemůžu říct cokoliv negativního. Amazing approach, very nice treatment by both doctors and nurses. I was in the hospital for about 10 days and I can't say anything negative.

Neprofesionální přístup (co si to dovoluju chodit na ambulanci v 8 večer, a to jsem nemohl počkat do rána? a proč jsem vlastně nešel do své "spádové" nemocnice?) Co je to za nesmysl? Jaká spádová nemocnice? Jako pacient mám právo vybrat si nemocnici. Čekal jsem dvě a půl hodiny, řekli mi že to není akutní a tím pádem bych čekal další dvě. Děkujeme, odcházíme. Absolutely arrogant and haughty behavior by nurses. Unprofessional approach (what am I allowed to go to the ambulance at 8 pm, and I couldn't wait until morning? And why didn't I actually go to my "catchment" hospital?) What nonsense is that? What catchment hospital? As a patient, I have the right to choose a hospital. I waited two and a half hours, they told me it wasn't acute, and I would expect two more. Thank you, we are leaving.

M	Martina Skřivánková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z nejhorších zážitků co se lékařské péče týče, konkrétně z oční ambulance. Arogantní chování a odmítnutí vyšetření bez důvodu (respektive z lenosti). Velmi mě bolelo oko, které jsem měla zarudlé a na první pohled nebylo v pořádku. Na recepci mi dali žlutou kartičku s názvem konzultace s tím, ať se posadím v čekárně a počkám. Cca za 45 min mě jedna z vycházejících doktorek povýšeně oslovila, zda tam budu sedět nebo půjdu na konzultaci, když jsem odvětila, že mi bylo řečeno, ať počkám, tak mi velmi nepříjemně řekla, že přece nevím, jestli mě paní doktorka vezme. Dotyčná se na mě podívala jen od stolu a řekla, ať si zajdu za svým očním. Když jsem řekla, že žádného nemám, a proto jsem tady, tak mi řekla, že mi dá kontakt na okolní polikliniky a vyhodila mě z ordinace a odmítla mě ošetřit. Ze zarudlého oka se vyklubal rohovkový vřed, což je závažné onemocnění rohovky. Velmi podobný zážitek měla z tohoto oddělení také kolegyně z práce, takže o náhodu se asi nejednalo. Pokud můžete, tomuto oddělení se vyhněte. One of the worst experiences in medical care, specifically from the eye clinic. Arrogant behavior and refusal of examination for no reason (or laziness). She only looked at me from the table and told me to go to my eye. When I said I didn't have one, that's why I was here, so she told me she'd give me contact with the surrounding health centers and threw me out of the office and refused to treat me. Corneal ulcer, which is a serious disease of the cornea, emerged from the red eye. A colleague at work had a very similar experience from this department, so it wasn't a coincidence. If you can, avoid this department.
