★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaměstnankyně nezkušené, po telefonu poté zjišťujete úplně jiné informace a poté platíte za to co vám řekli a je jinak. Opatrně s touto pojišťovnou a hlavně pobočkou.
Employees inexperienced, then you find out completely different information over the phone and then you pay for what they told you and it is different. Be careful with this insurance company and especially the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná manažerka. Nic neumí a jen buzeruje. Musím doplnit. Nezná ani zákoník práce. Nezařídila ani plexisklo mezi klientem a pracovnicemi. Všechny se jí bojí a bojí se cokoliv říct. I Vietnamci se umí chránit lépe.
Bad manager. He can't do anything and just buzzes. I have to add. He doesn't even know the Labor Code. She did not even arrange plexiglass between the client and the staff. Everyone is afraid of her and afraid to say anything. Even Vietnamese can protect themselves better.
