★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma je taká skvelá, že keď si chcete zmeniť telefóne číslo na obsluhu el. bankovníctva (na správu investícii) chcú od vás overený podpis.... Veľmi smutné - v najbližšej dobe keď si na seba fond zarobí celé investície u nich zruším !!! P.S: u iných spoločností nie je problém zmeniť číslo aj cez telefón ešte v deň požiadania zmeny....

Mají čas do tohoto pátku celou věc kladně vyřídit. V pondělí zde uvedu zákaznickou zkušenost včetně předání do TV, aby tento přístup byl co nejvíce zviditelněn...
