★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oblecenie maju hezke a za dobre ceny, niekedy vsak nesedi velkost alebo je moc vseobecna (L je u nich vel. 40 ale aj 44). Najhorsie na celej veci je ale dorucenie zbozi - na stranke uvadzaju 2-4 dni, ku mne to ale trvalo u dvoch nedavnych objednavok vzdy 2 tyzdne. Informacia a omluva za zpozdeni od obchodu ziadna. Nedoporucujem, ak nieco potrebujete narychlo.
They have nice clothes and for good prices, but sometimes the size does not fit or is very general (L is size 40 but also 44). But the worst thing about the whole thing is the delivery of goods - on the page they state 2-4 days, but it always took me 2 weeks for two recent orders. No information or apology for the delay from the store. I do not recommend if you need something in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ genesis eshop- za eshop -u mňa skvelý tovar, shop síce stresuje časovačom pri vkladaní do košíka ,a slabým výberom dopravy/ čo môže byť zámer na spropagovanie penguina dopravy /ale po týždni mám veci doma .Tovar vo veľmi dobrej kvalite, ktorú si vie zákazník samozrejme určiť sám, tým že má na výber..tovar nový alebo obnosený.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace se zákaznickou linkou špatná. Paní na lince mi sdělila, že jakmile zjistí bližší info, tak se obratem ozve. Bohužel již se neozvala. Výrazně nedoporučuji volit jako dopravu penguin logistic kurýr. Kurýr zásilku v den avíza nedoručil. A další info o zásilce nemáte.
Communication with the customer line is bad. The lady on the line told me that as soon as she found out more info, she would get back to you. Unfortunately, she didn't call back. I strongly do not recommend choosing a penguin logistic courier as transportation. The courier did not deliver the shipment on the day of the advice. And you don't have any more info about the shipment.
