Čekáme od půl jedenácté, aktuálně je jedna hodina.. Snad to do zaviracky stihneme.. Velice neprofesionální bylo, když mě vyšetřoval pan doktor a za chvíli si mě předal jak horký brambor s jinou paní doktorkou, která na mě působila že se snad zaučuje. Vyšetření trvalo tak 5min. Po vyšetření jsem ještě ani neslezla z lehátka a už vstupovala do ordinace další pacientka. To mi opravdu nebylo příjemné. Neměla jsem z ošetření dobrý pocit i na základě výsledků , proto jsem ho znovu podstoupila na doporučení v GENNET Praha (Letná) , kde jsem byla naprosto spokojená a celkově úplně jiný level! V Gennetu jsem podstoupila nedávno druhý screening a vše v pořádku. I was here for the first screening during pregnancy. It was very unprofessional when the doctor examined me and after a while he handed me over like a hot potato with another doctor who pretended to be learning. The examination lasted 5 minutes. After the examination, I did not even get off the couch and another patient was already entering the surgery. That was really not pleasant for me. I did not feel good about the treatment based on the results, so I underwent it again on the recommendation in GENNET Prague (Letná), where I was completely satisfied and overall a completely different level! At Gennet, I recently underwent a second screening and everything was fine.

Pan doktor byl velmi profesionální, ale zároveň velmi lidský, vše vysvětlil a dal mi i prostor pro dotazy. Recepce také velmi příjemná a vše bez problému. Za mě výborná zkušenost. I was here for the third time, always at the pregnancy screening and I was always very satisfied. The doctor was very professional, but at the same time very human, he explained everything and gave me space for questions. The reception is also very nice and everything without a problem. Great experience for me.
K	Kristýna Dryáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme zde s přítelem poprvé na 3D ultrazvuku a chování a přístup pana doktora bylo opravdu velmi neprofesionalni. Byli jsme objednaní na poslední termín ve 14:30. Přišli jsme ve 14:28, jelikož jsme nemohli najít parkoviště. Na recepci jsem se ještě omlouvala, že jdeme takto na poslední chvíli. V tu chvíli se priritil pan doktor ve všedním oblečení na recepci (v dzinech a košili) a zahlasil no konečne a nenechal mě ani pomalu vyplnit registrační formulář a rychle nás odvekl do ordinace. Tam zapasil s otevřením Flash disku, tak jsem mu nabídla, že Flash disk u sebe dyztak mám a on na mě vyjel, jestli jsem se zbláznila, zda vím kolik tento přístroj stojí, že tam určitě nebude dávat nějaký cizí zavirovany Flash disk. Což chápu, ale myslela jsem to dobře a jde to říci určitě lépe. V ordinaci jsme strávili necelých 10 minut, pan doktor si ještě během vyšetření vyřizoval sms a měl docela nevhodné připomínky. Poté si na recepci za tuto chvilku nauctovali 1000 Kč. Opravdu jsme na vyšetření s přítelem byli velmi nateseni, přítel si bral kvůli tomu i volno v práci a z kliniky jsme vyšli naprosto znechuceni. Takže po téhle zkušenosti jsme kliniku navštívili určitě naposledy. At that moment, the doctor in casual clothes arrived at the reception (in jeans and a shirt) and finally announced and did not let me slowly fill out the registration form and quickly took us to the surgery. He struggled there with the opening of the Flash drive, so I offered him that I always had the Flash drive with me and he rode on me if I went crazy, if I knew how much this device cost, that he would definitely not put a foreign infected Flash drive there. Which I understand, but I meant well and I can definitely say it better. We spent less than 10 minutes in the surgery, the doctor was still texting during the examination and had quite inappropriate comments. Then they charged CZK 1,000 at the reception for this moment. My friend and I were really very excited about the examination, the friend also took time off work because of that, and we left the clinic in utter disgust. So after this experience, we definitely visited the clinic for the last time.

Když jsem měla problém tak mi po telefonu opět vše skvěle vysvětlil a uklidnil mě. Nyní čekám na 1. screening, tak doufám že budu stejně spokojená. I was very satisfied with Dr. Cibulka, I was on an immunological examination and he explained everything very well. When I had a problem, he explained everything to me again on the phone and reassured me. Now I'm waiting for the 1st screening, so I hope to be just as satisfied.

Nejen pani profesorka Ulcova Gallova, ale i ostatni lekari a sestry jsou skveli, s lidskym pristupem a velmi profesionalni. Recepce funguje, parkovani pohodlne. Resila jsem zde genetiku, imunologii, tehotenske screeningy, jednou jsem prisla bez objednani a presto me vzali a muj problem vyresili. Pracoviste vrele doporucuju a personalu velice dekuji za skvelou peci! Great satisfaction for me. Beautiful modern workplace with state-of-the-art equipment and competent doctors. Not only Professor Ulcova Gall, but also the other doctors and nurses are great, with a human approach and very professional. Reception works, parking conveniently. I solved genetics, immunology, pregnancy screenings here, once I came without an order and yet they took me and solved my problem. I highly recommend the workplace and thank the staff for a great furnace!
