Jeho profesionalita v odbornosti je vyborna, ma uzasnou komunikaci ke klientum a mohu jen doporucit ostatnim nastavajicim maminkam. Dekuji Vam mnohokrat o peci a preji Vam a celemu tymu v Gennet Liberec spousta spokojenych klientek a trpelivost s nami. Monika Filipi ;) My gynecologist sent me to Gennet in Liberec and examined me 2 times Mudr. Peter Plevak. His professionalism is excellent, he has amazing communication with clients and I can only recommend it to other setting mothers. Thank you very much for the furnace and I wish you and the whole team in Gennet Liberec a lot of satisfied clients and patience with us. Monika Filipi;)

Jsem člověk, který dá hodně na pocit a možná to moc řeším, ale nevidím žádný důvod, proč by měla sestra na recepci protáčet oči kvůli mému dotazu (Mohu platit kartou?). To mi zkrátka nepřijde profi natož slušné. Celkově mi přijdou sestry v Liberci velice nepříjemné a povýšené. Já rozumím, že jsem tam jen na vyšetření, ale pokud za vyšetření platím, mohlo by se se mnou, prosím, zacházet alespoň slušně a s respektem?!! Tři hvězdy alespoň za prostředí, MUDr. Johannovou a ne tak dlouhé čekání na vyšetření. I only went to Gennet for UTZ and donations during pregnancy. I am a person who gives a lot of feeling and maybe I am dealing with it a lot, but I see no reason why the nurse should turn her eyes at my reception (Can I pay by card?). That just doesn't sound professional to me, let alone decent. Overall, my sisters in Liberec seem very unpleasant and elevated. I understand that I am there for examination only, but if I pay for the examination, could I please treat me at least politely and with respect? !! Three stars at least for the environment, MUDr. Johann and not so long waiting for an examination.

Musím pochválit přístup všech s kým jsem se tam 29.3. 2021 potkala: od příchodu a registrace na recepci, kde byli všichni moc milí, přes konzultaci výsledků s paní doktorkou Křečkovou (velmi lidská, všechno vysvětlila polopatě, skvělý přístup) až po ultrazvukové vyšetření. Za mě jedno velké díky a už se těším na příští návštěvu. I got to Gennet in Liberec because of the results of first-quarter screening tests. Z mého laického pohledu jsou lékaři zkušení, používající moderní zobrazovací zařízení, výsledky interpretují srozumitelně a vyšetření probíhají v přátelské atmosféře. Sestry jsou klientům k dispozici, vystupují korektně, ale vzhledem k tomu, že zastávají i práci recepční, představovala bych si vypilovat detaily v proklientském přístupu (vřelost, předávání si informací, aby byl klient informován ode všech stejně, potvrdit klientovi, zda se podařilo slíbené přeobjedání apod.) Klinice preji vše dobré a srdečně zdravím. I visited the workplace on the recommendation of a gynecologist and I would like to thank you for the examinations performed in fetal medicine. From my layman's point of view, doctors are experienced, using modern imaging equipment, interpret the results clearly and the examinations take place in a friendly atmosphere. The nurses are available to the clients, they act correctly, but since they also hold the work of a receptionist, I would imagine the details in the pro-client approach (warmth, passing information so that the client is informed from everyone equally, confirm to the client whether the promised reordering, etc.) The clinic wishes you all the best and best regards.

Vše nám bylo vysvětleno, popsáno naprosto do detailů, snímky nám pan doktor udělal nádherné a to i na vyžádání. Velice seriozní a profesionální chování. Nemuseli jsme dlouho čekat, po příchodu jsme šli ihned na řadu. Jedině doporučuji. Absolute satisfaction!! Incredibly nice and helpful approach both at the reception and from the doctor. Everything was explained to us, described in great detail, the pictures were made wonderful by the doctor, even on request. Very serious and professional behavior. We didn't have to wait long, we arrived immediately upon arrival. I only recommend.

Paní doktorka i slečna/ paní na recepci nemají cit a neměli by pracovat ve zdravotnictví. Bohužel služby genetu v Liberci z tohoto důvodu už nikdy nevyužiju. Raději utratím své peníze jinde. Unprofessional behavior without any empathy that really freezes. I left with a break. Both the doctor and the young lady at the reception have no feelings and should not work in health care. Unfortunately, I will never use genetic services in Liberec again for this reason. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Jsme rádi, že jsme nepodlehli neustálému nátlaku lékaře, stáli si za svým, dokázali jsme se rozhodnout sami a máme zcela zdravého syna. O chladném až arogantním přístupu ostatního personálu ani nemluvím. Tuto zkušenost už opravdu nikdy. We are glad that we did not succumb to the constant pressure of the doctor, we stood by ourselves, we were able to decide for ourselves and we have a completely healthy son. I'm not even talking about the cold and arrogant attitude of the other staff. Never really experience that experience again.
M	Martina Formánková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem tam byla s dětmi (5 a 3 roky) byli jsme u paní doktorky Křečkové v Liberci. Byla úžasná. Měla krásný přístup k dětem. Dcerka z ní byla nadšená. ?? Víc takových lékařů. Šla s nimi na odběry a ony pak vyběhli s ordinace jako by se nic nestalo.? Yesterday I was there with the children (5 and 3 years) we were with Dr. Křečková in Liberec. She was amazing. She had a beautiful approach to children. Her daughter was excited about it. ?? More such doctors. She went with them to the collection and they then ran out of the surgery as if nothing had happened
