Kam až ta honba za rychlým ziskem zajde? Co alespoň trochu soudnosti a respektu k úplně základním hodnotám - třeba že neděle je dnem klidu a že v okolí stavby žijí lidé??? Stěny mezi byty nevyhovují normě zvukové izolace, takže sousedy dobře slyšíte. Po 11 letech od kolaudace měníme střechu, naštěstí jsme si v SVJ našetřili dost peněz ve fondu oprav, ale 2,5 milionu Kč vynuceně a předčasně utratíme. Geosan Development rozhodně nedoporučuji. I bought an apartment from Geosan in a new building in Michle. The quality of the house is terrible, the quality of the interior is below average. The walls between the apartments do not meet the sound insulation standard, so you can hear the neighbors well. After 11 years from the approval, we are changing the roof, fortunately we have saved a lot of money in SVJ in the repair fund, but we will spend CZK 2.5 million forcibly and prematurely. I definitely do not recommend Geosan Development.
