They catch all the flights from/to Vienna Airport even in the middle of the night. Departed and arrived on time, very professional and fantastic communication beforen and during the service. Highly recommending!

Great driver, helped with suitcases, accepted my medium dog to sit under my seat. Strongly recommend to everyone! Well done Gepard.

They are always willing to help, they will add vans in case they are fully booked and you need an extra seat, they can wait for a few minutes if you are late and they respond fast to emails. Very good drivers , always feeling safe when traveling with them! Good value for money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not have a customer-oriented behavior at all, they are not flexible and they rarely speak another language, except for a very basic English although they work with travellers!
An example of this is: "Rude and unprofessional behavior is to respond to these comments and blame me for the issue in public, when I never explained what was the issue in here".
Gepard needs to take the hit and make the necessary changes to improve your services and organization.
*Very important not to bring private scenarios to the google community, keep it professional (BAU).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Gapard Express from Vienna airport to Brno. My flight was delayed and I called them at midnight. The staff picked up the call spoke good English and was very kind to call the driver to wait for me. The driver was also very helpful.
