 I definitely recommend, the sink came super packed and fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná se o reklamační oddělení spol. Stavby EU a Kamody což je jedna společnost. Došel mi prasklý dřez - bohužel kvůli posunutí termínu montáže kuchyně jsem dřez okamžitě nerozbalil.
Nyní shrnutí - jsme schopen pochopit, že reklamaci neuznali z důvodu, že jsem měl krabici otevřít do dvou dnů od doručení. Jejich reklamační technik - nebo celé oddělení - by mělo uvažovat nad změnou komunikace směrem ke klientovi. Místo výše uvedeného napsali zamítnutí reklamace s tím, že jsem to způsobil sám a k tomu několik možností. Poškození dopravou bylo ale zřejmé.
Kamody a Stavby EU nezavrhuji, ale řešení reklamací určitě.....
This is the complaint department of spol. Buildings EU and Kamoda which is one company. I ran out of a sink - unfortunately, because of the postponement of the kitchen assembly date, I did not immediately unpack the sink.
Now summary - we are able to understand that the claim was not accepted because I had to open the box within two days of delivery. Their complaint technician - or the whole department - should consider changing the communication towards the client. Instead of the above, they wrote a rejection claim that I caused it myself and several options. But the traffic damage was obvious.
I do not reject Kamody and EU Buildings, but I am sure to deal with complaints .....
