I recommend avoiding this company by arc, as their actions were completely unprofessional and absurd. I gave them a motorbike frame for blasting and painting, when I took over the order and then I also warned them by e-mail, especially not to damage the embossed VIN code, while I was assured that they had experience with this and therefore the VIN code would not be damaged. After completing the order, I wanted to pick up the frame and found that the VIN code was so damaged that most symbols could not be read at all. In a personal meeting, they admitted to the mistake that the frame was allegedly blasted by someone who did not have enough experience with it. That probably shouldn't happen, but well, we can all make mistakes. I therefore wanted to deal with them to negotiate a remedy, where they first claimed that they would ensure the re-stamping of the VIN code and entry in the technical card, but as soon as it came to breaking bread, they completely changed their attitude and told me through a lawyer that parties did not realize that a technician had confirmed to them that such damage could not have occurred during blasting, and that therefore the damage did not cause them to actually frame them in this condition, ie with such a damaged and illegible VIN code, and I tried deceive. They were not ashamed to lie to me and deny all responsibility, even though they sent me an e-mail after receiving the order for my notice, assuring me that the VIN code would not be damaged by blasting (so how could the frame be damaged during delivery? Why the alleged damage They did not mark the VIN code in the order form when accepting the order, when in addition the box "scratched surface" is to be checked directly in the order form?) And although after its damage they suggested to me by e-mail that it would ensure a new stamping of the VIN code! Therefore, I was forced to take over the frame with a damaged VIN code, and due to their dishonest, illegal actions, I am considering further legal steps. This company never again! "
