M	Milli Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toller Service beim Skiverleih und bei der Skischule. Kann die Kritik nicht verstehen. Preise standen angeschrieben. Die skilehrerin sprach perfektes Deutsch, war sehr nett und hat mir geholfen mich wieder ans Skifahren zu gewöhnen. Sehr professioneller und unkomplizierter Service. Werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank besonders an Kristina und an die nette Frau aus der Schweiz. ? Great service at the ski rental and at the ski school. Can't understand the criticism. Prices were posted. The ski instructor spoke perfect German, was very nice and helped me get used to skiing again. Very professional and uncomplicated service. Will be back next year. Many thanks especially to Kristina and the nice woman from Switzerland. ?

Před naším příjezdem jsme pro naši 4,5letou dceru rezervovali lekci s tím, že pokud se jí bude líbit, pak budeme rádi za prodloužení na další dny se stejným instruktorem. Velice milý pán bez problému přislíbil a po první lekci, kdy dcera jezdila na malém pásu nahoře u sjezdovky, jsme rádi prodlužovali. Druhý den už šla s instruktorkou na "velký" kopec. Vyjela pomou celý kopec, slečna instruktorka krásně dceru naučila obloučky i s jistotou zabrzdit. Dcera byla nadšená. Po třetí lekci jsem ještě s dcerou jezdila sama a další den byla opět s instruktorkou. Obrovský posun v lyžování a hlavně vše s radostí! Jsou zde profíci a na 100% doporučuji a děkuji! Great and professional communication from the ski school. I can 100% recommend. Before our arrival, we booked a lesson for our 4.5-year-old daughter. Very nice gentleman promised without a problem and after the first lesson, when the daughter rode a small belt at the top of the ski slope, we like to extend. The next day she went with the instructor to the "big" hill. She drove up the whole hill, Miss instructor beautifully taught her daughter curls with certainty to brake. The daughter was thrilled. After the third lesson, I went with my daughter myself and the next day she was again with the instructor. Huge shift in skiing and especially everything with pleasure! There are pros and 100% recommend and thank you!

Bei der Reservierung wurde uns ein deutschsprachiger Trainer angeboten, beim kennenlernen spricht er doch lieber Englisch und Tschechisch.. deutsch eher weniger. halb so schlimm.. unser Trainer war bemüht und hat es doch geschafft uns Skineulingen innerhalb von zwei Stunden die Grundlagen des Sports beizubringen und auch soweit es die Zeit erlaubt, zu beherrschen .. zum Verleih weiß ich nicht warum hier gemeckert wird, Tagespreis 250 Kronen.. Ja gibts auch für 200 Kronen aber weder so nah, noch so bequem .. und Material nur gut. also Spaß haben und gut We stood for the first time on skis and wanted to be taught professionally. At the reservation we were offered a German speaking trainer, when we meet he speaks rather English and Czech .. German rather less. half so bad .. our trainer tried hard and we managed Skineulingen within two hours to teach the basics of the sport and also as far as time allows to dominate .. for rental, I do not know why bitches here, daily price 250 crowns Yes there are synonymous for 200 crowns but not so close, nor so comfortable .. and material only good. So have fun and good

A	Artem Demchenkov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very last thing in the life, you should tell to your customers is: "It is your problem". Even if it is not your mother tongue, learn how to be civil on it. For the future clients of this school (if any): be ready that even if you pay for private lessons for two adults and one kid, the actual school is not on Google Maps and you won't be properly instructed by staff how to get there. And if you are with children, this will cost you much more time because of mountains, snow, cars, skis you need to carry, etc. If you call them to ask where they exactly are, no one picks up a phone. When you finally get there 40 minutes late, you will hear something like: "You had your reservation time, you needed to be here, now IT IS YOUR PROBLEM". So, you already see how these guys work, and you know what to do. Pick another school, there're plenty of them in Harrachov.
