★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvěle zpracované prostředí pro tohoto prehistorického tvora. Pohled na velemloka odspodu je třešinkou na dortu povedeného pavilonu.
 A wonderfully crafted environment for this prehistoric creature. The view of the vulture from below is the icing on the cake of the hilarious pavilion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejvýznamnějším obyvatelem Velemlokária je samec Karlo, největší velemlok v Evropě (155 cm a 26,5 kg), kterého máme zapůjčeného z německého Karlsruhe. Natrvalo se nám podařilo ze Schmidingu získat samici Šmícu a samce Natali, který žil naposled v Berlíně. Expozici doplňují mláďata, která k nám přicestovala již v roce 2013 a měřila něco mezi dvaceti až třiceti centimetry. Dnes největší z nich dosahují délky více než 60 centimetrů a na počest Karla Čapka a jeho Války s Mloky jsme je pojmenovali Andy a Boleslav Jablonský.
The most important inhabitant of the Velemlokária is the male Karlo, the largest large salamander in Europe (155 cm and 26.5 kg), which we have borrowed from Karlsruhe, Germany. Permanently we managed to get Schmiding female Smik and male Natali, who lived in Berlin for the last time. The exposition is complemented by the young, who arrived to us in 2013 and measured something between twenty to thirty centimeters. Today, the largest of them are more than 60 centimeters long and in honor of Karel Čapek and his War with the Newts we named them Andy and Boleslav Jablonský.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantasticke - narozdil od mnohych japonskych zoo nebo Ocean Parku v Hong kongu tady je moznost si prohlednout velemloka treba i zespodu. Zpravidla se i hybe. Nekdo se skutecne zamyslel, jak mu prostor navrhnout, nestresovat ho a zaroven ukazat z co nejvice stran navstevnikum.

We could only see one, so I guess the others were hiding. Though this could also be seen as a plus that the salamander has adequate space in their enclosure to hide.
