Yes - there is order and you have to respect that you are a member of the club, but it has its advantages, unlike the typical Brno gyms, there are no cadets and dirty people who would destroy either the pleasant atmosphere or professional and new equipment. On the contrary, I am happy for this step. The frequency of equipment and the space that is well air-conditioned will please both the people who strengthen or the people who do martial arts. The upper floor is divided into a classic gym with tools and dumbbells, a yoga zone and a workout zone where you will find both rings and parallel bars. The lower floor is completely covered with tatami, there are 15 boxing bags with enough space to use each of them at the same time and also two professional rings for boxing / muay thai / kickboxing and one MMA cage. Other benefits include mirrors at the bottom, many lights, emergency equipment for forget-me-nots and aids for stretching / strengthening for martial arts (massage rollers, discs, dumbbells, medicine balls or an MMA training dummy). The gym has its own trainers, whether for fitness or for various martial arts (MMA, Muay Thai, Systema, Boxing). Both beginners and advanced can come to the lessons. In the end, I would give cleanliness and "smell" - nothing smells in the gym and everything is beautifully clean every day from the locker rooms, through the toilets to the gym itself. The only thing everyone complains about is the hot water in the sink, so it's not possible to mix unheated protein. Besides, I don't see anything that would reduce the quality of the gym.
