★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual gift shop, you can get here everything you expect to be able to be bought here. Everything in connection with Pilsner Urquell, beer (of course), glasses, clothes, football, etc. Very polite sellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviceminded staff in giftshop. Terrible guide!! He was mecanical and not interested. Maby not so strange, with a mix group of allmoust 50 (!) persons.. We learned more about the brewery from our driver...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a t-shirt, got back to Prague where we are staying and found T-Shirt for 329Ck has a small hole in the front, not noticed at time of purchase. Not worth fare back to Plzen to exchange so tried ringing shop. However they clearly can't be bothered as they answer and replace receiver (ie hang up) immediately. Very poor customer service. Check items carefully before you buy. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy souvenirs and other collectibles. Prices compared to places in prague were very reasonable if not cheaper. They have a wide selection in the gift shop from glasses to bottle openers to shirts, you name it. Also go on the 1 hour tour it was great and worth the $.
