Kupuju u nich starší iPhony pro sebe i vlastně už i celá rodina, vždy vše bez problému, plně funkční a s plnou zárukou 24 měsíců! Vůbec nemá smysl kupovat nové drahé modely, vždy si počkáme na novou verzi a kupujeme u GIGA starší ;) Dneska jsem z těch X zařízení poprvé reklamoval vadný display, vše bez problémů, vyměněno, velká spokojenost. A děkuji za vstřícné jednání. Great and customer-oriented service. I buy older iPhones for myself and in fact for the whole family, always everything without a problem, fully functional and with a full warranty of 24 months! It makes no sense to buy new expensive models at all, we always wait for a new version and buy an older one from GIGA;) Today I complained from the X devices for the first time about a defective display, everything without problems, replaced, great satisfaction. And thank you for your helpful behavior.

V	Vojta Tuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost, kupoval jsem repasovaný notebook a zatím si nemohu stěžovat. Splňuje udávané parametry a běží bez problému. Oceňuji zavolání před odesláním a informování o stavu notebooku. V balení se bohužel uvolnila folie držící notebook a ten v krabici "štěrchal", ale dávám to za vinu tlouštce ultrabooku. Jinak mohu jen doporučit. Absolute satisfaction, I bought a refurbished laptop and I can't complain yet. It meets the specified parameters and runs without any problems. I appreciate the call before sending and informing about the status of the laptop. Unfortunately, the foil holding the laptop came loose in the package and the one "squeaked" in the box, but I blame it on the thickness of the ultrabook. Otherwise I can only recommend.
L	Lenia Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem ntb s osobním vyzvednutím - na místě jsem se zeptala, jak je na tom baterie, prodejce mě odbyl s tím, že to neví, že to takto nestíhají testovat. Doma jsem zjistila, že baterka nevydrží ani 5 minut a chtěla jsem ntb vrátit v rámci 14 denní lhůty. Na pobočce se mnou sepsali protokol a po měsíci mi oznámili, že u ntb vyměnili baterku a mám si jej opět vyzvednout. Když jsem jim připomněla, že jsem notebook nereklamovala, ale vracela (mezitím jsem již zakoupila jiný), tak mi řekli, že při osobním vyzvednutí u nich prý lhůta pro vrácení neplatí !!! a je to možné řešit pouze jako reklamaci - což je naprosto nechutný, když mi ani nedokázali odpovědět na moje dotazy při přebírání, a za druhé se o tom jaksi zapomněl zmínit prodejce při vracení notebooku. Skutečně odporné praktiky. I ordered ntb with a personal pick-up - I asked on the spot how the battery was, the seller dismissed me, saying that he didn't know that they didn't have time to test it like that. At home, I found out that the flashlight would not last even 5 minutes and I wanted to return ntb within 14 days. They wrote a report with me at the branch and after a month they informed me that they had replaced the flashlight at ntb and that I should pick it up again. When I reminded them that I did not complain about the laptop, but returned it (in the meantime I had already bought another one), they told me that the return period did not apply to them in person !!! and it can only be dealt with as a complaint - which is absolutely disgusting when they couldn't even answer my pick-up questions, and secondly, the seller somehow forgot to mention it when returning the laptop. Really disgusting practices.
