M	Martin Strnad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem barevnou cartridge pro obstarožní model HP PSC 950. Z barev ze sebe cartridge vysoukala jenom modrou, teď po několik čištěních hlavy už ani to ne. Jediný benefit je, že můžu tisknout alespoň černobíle, protože ten krám bez barevné cartridge netiskne vůbec. Je možné že si tiskárna s náplní pořádně nerozumí protože stále vyžaduje zarovnání náplní. V minulosti jsem měl již několik tiskáren HP a canon, problémy nastanou dřív či později se zasycháním inkoustů, u neorigo náplní to je většinou ještě horší - zaschnou ještě rychleji. Datum renovace na krabičce ani náplni není. I bought a color cartridge for the old HP PSC 950 model. The cartridge only pulled out a blue of the paint, now not even after a few head cleanings. The only benefit is that I can print at least in black and white, because the shop without a color cartridge does not print at all. The printer may not understand the cartridge properly because it still requires cartridge alignment. In the past, I already had several HP and canon printers, problems will occur sooner or later with the drying of inks, with neorigo cartridges it is usually even worse - they dry even faster. The renovation date is not on the box or refill.

Zavolal jsem do firmy, kde mi ochotná dáma vysvětlila, abych poslal emailem fotografii obsahu balíčku a sken průvodního dokumentu. To jsem učinil 10.1. A dnes 12.1. mi byla chybějící náplň dodána až na práh domu. Tomu říkám skvělé jednání ! I ordered genuine EPSON cartridges. The order was incomplete, one item was missing. I called the company, where a helpful lady explained to me by e-mail a photo of the contents of the package and a scan of the accompanying document. I did that on 10.1. And today 12.1. the missing filling was delivered to my doorstep. I call this a great deal!

Yes, sometimes their ink cartridge doesn't work but when you call them about it they are very pleasant and understanding and apologetic. They always will exchange it for a new one. No hustle no fuss. :)
