Livrarea a fost fără probleme, tot angajații s-au ocupat de acest lucru, iar în 5 zile coletele au ajuns în București, la adresa furnizată de mine. Recomand acest magazin, servicii și produse de calitate.
 A very interesting store, quality crystal and beautiful chandeliers. I bought two medium chandeliers, and the employees were very kind and helped me with the appropriate information. The delivery was without problems, the employees also took care of this, and in 5 days the packages arrived in Bucharest, at the address provided by me. I recommend this store, services and quality products.

Every year I come to Karlovy Vary and return to my favorite store. I am captivated by a wide assortment from Czech manufacturers of chandeliers, crystal, jewelry with pomegranate and vltavin stone, a wide range of Czech cosmetics. The staff is able to offer and arrange, including Russian-speaking employees. Recommend!

The variety of chandeliers and prices are for everyone's liking and quality is very very good ( czech specialty ). The personnel was very friendly and helpful and I left very satisfied with my stuff and I defenetly would recommend if you visit Carlsbad and are looking for quality glass or crystal.
