Akonáhle prišiel, tak som zistil, že 2 položky z 3 sa nezhodujú s mojou objednávkou. Obchod pre nich objednal zvoz a poslal správny tovar. Tovar dorazil znova po týždni od mojej reklamácie nesprávneho tovaru. V poslanom balíku chýbala 1 položka z 2. Medzitým sa vyskytli problémy so zvozom nesprávneho tovaru. Resumé môjho nákupu v tomto eshope teda je, že po viac ako 2 týždňoch od objednania tovaru ho stále nemám u seba a musel som riešiť x ďalších vecí ohľadom objednávky. I'm not used to writing reviews, but this time I have to. I waited a week for the ordered goods (problems with the supplier). As soon as he arrived, I found out that 2 items out of 3 did not match my order. The store ordered a car for them and sent the right goods. The goods arrived again a week after my claim for the wrong goods. The sent package was missing 1 item out of 2. In the meantime, there were problems with the delivery of the wrong goods. The summary of my purchase in this e-shop is that after more than 2 weeks from ordering the goods, I still do not have it with me and I had to deal with x other things about the order.

Zboží prijmuli ve čtvrtek a odpoledne v 16.35 hod mi poslali SMS že si mám vyzvednout zásilku, tentýž den do 17 hod, že druhý den zásilky vrací z důvodu dovolené. Nabízí výdejní místa i která mají dovolenou a pak jsou ještě tak drží že si řeknou o zaplacení. Absolutně nespolehlivé e shop. Nedoporučuji. I ordered the goods a week in advance before the holiday to the dispensing point according to the offer that list. They received the goods on Thursday and at 4.35 pm they sent me an SMS that I should pick up the shipment, the same day by 5 pm, that the next day the shipment is returned due to the holiday. It also offers dispensing points that have a holiday and then they are still so hold that they will ask for payment. Absolutely unreliable e-shop. I do not recommend.

T	Tomas hlavacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi dobrá komunikace a ochota, v doručené objednávce mi chyběl 1ks objednaného zboží (což se samozřejmě může stát komukoliv), po telefonické a emailové domluvě mi zdarma zaslali chybějící kus a jako kompenzaci za chybu mi zdarma zaslali ještě 1ks navíc. Přístup k řešení případného problému je zásadní ukazatel kvality Eshopu. Eshop doporučuji, spokojenost. Very good communication and willingness, I missed 1 piece of ordered goods in the delivered order (which of course can happen to anyone), after a telephone and email agreement they sent me the missing piece free of charge and as compensation for the error I sent 1 more piece for free. The approach to solving a possible problem is an essential indicator of the quality of the Eshop. Eshop I recommend, satisfaction.
