★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já snad nemám ani komentář ! Dnes opět hovor, ze za minutu je tady ??♀️ Žádná sms nebo e-mail , ze balík přijde dnes! Stačilo zavolat několik minut předem a mohla jsem přijet domu! Když jsem řekla, ze zavolám příteli a je tam za 3 minuty , tak mi řekl, ze ale neví, jestli ho stihne, ze jede hned dal ??♀️ Rikam to jste teda ochotný a on ze kdyby byl pořad takhle ochotný, tak přijede domu v šest ??♀️ To chapu, ale dat vědět dopředu mohl! Balík vezu na depo a moc krásným hlasem ,, nashle,, ???
Budu rada, když už mi GLS nikdy nic nepoveze!!! A jestli to bude jediný přepravce na nějakém e-shopu jako teď, tak mě vážně přejde chuť !
Plus se nevyjadřuji k dalšímu hovoru, když jsem potřebovala informace kdy balík dostanu nebo kde si ho muzu vyzvednout !

I will be glad if GLS never tells me anything again !!! And if it will be the only transporter in some e-shop as now, then I really miss the taste!
Plus, I don't comment on the next call when I needed information about when to get a package or where to pick it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi jsem měl štěstí, ale i půl hodiny před zavíračkou byli všichni milí a ani to netrvalo dlouho a vyzvednout se povedlo.
Pominu-li fakt, že se kurýr třikrát ani neobtěžoval zavolat a rovnou to skončilo tady.
I guess I was lucky, but even half an hour before the closing, everyone was nice and it didn't take long to pick up.
Except for the fact that the courier did not even bother to call three times and it ended right here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Někteří řidiči z této pobočky jezdí jak prasata. Neznají základní pravidla. Na kruhovém objezdu z Jiren do Záp jezdí v protisměru tak tam na ně pozor!!! Kdybych se nepodívala v levo tak do mě narazili.a nějaká vedoucí to nechtěla řešit tak řekla že nemá čas a GPS prý nemají což lhala.
Some drivers from this branch drive like pigs. They do not know the basic rules. At the roundabout from Jiren to Záp, they drive in the opposite direction, so watch out for them there !!! If I didn't look to the left, they would run into me. And some leader didn't want to solve it, so she said she didn't have time and GPS didn't say what she lied about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real horror place from the past. Set literally in a countryside barn with dirty farming machinery all over what is supposed to be a parking space. The doorbell (once you find it) does not work - you're meant to kick and bang on an armored door for someone inside to hear and let you in. Don't go there if you don't speak Czech - it's strictly monolingual. The interior and the counter are a post-WWII relic. Forget the customer - it's a shame and a disgrace for a company the size of GLS to have its staff slave around in such a dim dirt cave in the 21st century.
