Pozdější hovor s ním byl velmi nepříjemný, kurýr se pomalu ani neuměl vyjadřovat. Později se ukázalo, že balík dal sousedům, ani nezvonil, vzal balík a prostě jim ho hodil za plot. Rozhodně nedoporučuju!! Crazy experience. Courier did not respond to the news, did not arrive, and was later seen status: delivered, although I did not have the package. The later call with him was very unpleasant, and the courier did not even know how to express himself. Later, it turned out that the pack had given its neighbors, did not ring, took the pack and simply threw it behind the fence. I definitely do not recommend !!

T	Tereza Beránková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Balík doručili a ani jsme o tom nevěděli, nezazvonili, nic a to jsme celé dny doma kvůli současné situaci. Balík nám prostě odložili pod přístřešek pro auta do staré kartonové krabice, která tam ležela a byla na vyhození a tudíž jsme si balíku nikdo nevšiml. Kdybych nezavolala do společnosti a paní mi neřekla, že je možné, že balík nechal kurýr ležet někde kolem domu ani by mne nenapadlo ho takto hledat. Toto chování mi připadá velmi nezodpovědné a doufám, že už se to nebude opakovat! Bohužel mi má přijít přes společnost ještě jeden balík, ve kterém budou poměrně křehké věci. They simply put the package under the carport in an old cardboard box that lay there and was to be thrown away, so no one noticed the package. If I hadn't called the company and the lady hadn't told me that it was possible that the package had been left behind by a courier somewhere around the house, nor would I have thought of looking for him like that. This behavior seems very irresponsible to me and I hope it will not happen again! Unfortunately, I have another package to come through the company, in which things will be relatively fragile. Thorn in horror as it turns out.
B	Beáta Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechci vinit celou společnost,ale jejich přístup se mi úplně nezamlouvá. Je hezké že udávají až 3 hodinové rozmezí pro doručení, ale má smysl jen ve chvíli pokud je kurýrem alespoň dodrženo. Nehledě na to že kurýr vám neoznami pár minut předem že už je na cestě jako je tomu u služby PPL ale zavolá až když je na místě, posléze ani nepocka jestli si od něj balik nekdo prevezme a prostě ho někde nechá. Mě balik donesl soused který ho našel napichnuty na kouli u svého auta. Což mi nepřijde úplně normální. I don't want to blame the whole society, but I don't like their approach at all. It's nice that they specify a range of up to 3 hours for delivery, but it only makes sense if it is at least observed by the courier. Regardless of the fact that the courier will not notify you a few minutes in advance that he is already on the road, as is the case with the PPL service, but he will call only when he is there, then he will not wait if someone takes over the package from him and simply leaves it somewhere. The balik brought me to a neighbor who found him stabbed on a ball by his car. Which doesn't seem completely normal to me.
