Nejdřív pošlou SMS (ostatni volají) a když se vám to nehodi musíte si zavolat kde vám stejně řeknou nestíhám atd. Ozvu se. Čekám druhý den a nikdo mi nevolá. Balík se ani nepokouší dodat a napíšou že jste byl nezastižen a že se ho pokusí dodat nejprve za 2 dny, protože zítra nemají zrovna cestu kolem. Řidič ještě vypadá a chová se jak kdyby jel na drogách. This is the absolute bottom of all transport companies. Následně, když jsem se s nimi snažil kontaktovat tak mi přišel akorát e-mail na jakou adresu to posílají a nic víc. Po dvou dnech se podívám na sledování balíku a znovu to hlásí nesprávnou adresu očivdidně GLS netuší, kde má pobočky. Pak člověku přijde v 16:15 sms, že člověk byl nezastižen. Přitom kolem domu nikde nikdo. Přijde mi, že v jednání jsou už jako Česká pošta!!! Horror, horror.
