I scheduled them to pick up the package on Thursday 4th April, they didn't come, neither Friday 5th April. They came in Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 but I was no there because I planned them to come in Thursday. So basically 4 days lost for a very important deliver, I took the box to the depot to be shipped day 10, it's day 29 and still not shipped, called there, called to the main centre and no one wants to do anything, they are telling me to pay it again. DON'T USE GLS TO SEND YOUR STUFF, THEY SUCK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend called this guys right next to me, he speaks only english, he barely said "hello" and I accidentally heard the guy on the other side of phone shouting "Jste v Cechach a mluvte cesky!". It means " You are in Czech Republic so speak czech!". Utterly disgusted!
