P	Pavel Tihlařík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedpororučuji! Prodejce nedodržel dodací lhůtu o více než měsíc, o zpoždění jsem se dozvěděl až po urgenci. Ač slibují dodání k prvním zamykatelným dveřím, zboží jen vyloží na silnici. Komunikace ze strany paní majitelky je sice relativně rychlá, ale hrubá. Otřesné, nikomu tento zážitek nepřeji. I do not recommend! The seller did not meet the delivery time by more than a month, I learned about the delay after the emergency. Although they promise delivery to the first lockable door, they only unload the goods on the road. Communication by the owner is relatively fast, but rough. Terrible, I do not wish this experience to anyone.

The delivery time was longer, but given the current situation, this can be understood. Communication is excellent, the seat is beautiful, we are very satisfied.
V	Veronika Suchanová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsme velmi nespokojeni se sedací soupravou. Dodací lhůta je ukrutně dlouhá, nikdo nám neposkytl žádnou zprávu ani upozornění. Sedací souprava sorento je opravdu nekvalitní výrobek.. velmi rychle se prosedela a ve švech se páře. Když jsme ji reklamovali poprvé, čekali jsme 3 měsíce na dodání, bohužel po par týdnech se opět prosedela.. bylo nám řečeno, ze pokud nastane další problém - firma nám vrátí uhrazenou částku. Nyní sedací soupravu reklamujeme již po druhé a částku nám vrátit nechtějí, nabízí však ze ji pošlou do Polska k výrobci. Paní ale bohužel nereaguje na zprávy ani telefonáty. Takže když to dobře dopadne opět budeme 3 měsíce bez sedačky, která se opraví na oko. Tento obchod nedoporučuji!!!! :-( We are very dissatisfied with the sofa. The delivery time is cruelly long, no one provided us with any message or warning. The sorento sofa set is a really low-quality product .. it sat down very quickly and the seams steam. When we complained about it for the first time, we waited 3 months for delivery, unfortunately after a few weeks it sat down again .. we were told that if another problem occurs - the company will refund the amount paid. Now we are complaining about the sofa for the second time and they do not want to return the amount to us, but it offers to send it to the manufacturer from Poland. Unfortunately, the lady does not respond to messages or phone calls. So if it turns out again, we will be without a seat for 3 months, which will be fixed to the eye. I do not recommend this store !!!! :-(
