Professional approach of all employees. The owner, as well as the entire Barber & Escandele team, is helpful, pleasant and very helpful. They always listen to my wishes and cut / shave exactly as they imagine. She shaves and all the care about facial treatment is number one. Luxurious environment, I always feel great. The icing on the cake is an excellent coffee and pleasant music. If you want to look great and relax at the same time, I highly recommend it.

I would like to respond to Mrs Valent's review. I was also on my hair on Sunday. I spent 4 hours there, I was on balayge. I arrived about an hour before Mrs. Valentová, they asked me for a test and they also had face masks. The fact that the lady went 10 minutes later, I would say is possible and forgivable in the service. If the lady went to the overflow more often, she would know that it was always done at the washing box. As for the bar cutting it definitely didn't take 3 minutes. I perceived that the hairdresser came to the lady and asked if she would not mind if her colleague blown her up and the lady replied that she did not mind. It was not the receptionist, but the owner of the salon who blew the lady. The lady had fine hair, so she was recommended a product, so I don't know what, I just liked the communication, it was clear that she understood the products and is interested in improving the quality of hair at the customer. I think hair care and product recommendations belong in such a salon. And as for the pizza, I didn't see anyone chewing it either, only the boxes that the courier brought. For me, this salon is with everything it has to have, I have been going there for several years and I am always satisfied. The review from Mrs. Valent is, of course, her opinion, but I was in that salon at the same time, so I just want to write that I perceive it differently. And another hat home girls in front of you, you're doing a great job and I think this will probably freeze. But don't despair I'll come ZAS.

My sons and husband have been going to the barber shop for a long time and they are very satisfied. When I saw Miss Kristynka's approach, I also put myself in their hands, and I note that I really choose, and I did very well. Both the color and the cut are great for the first time. A friend visited this barber several times (good availability), but only once was he satisfied. The problem here is that you are cut by inexperienced barbarians, still with a wet stamp on their 'certificates'. The result looks like he's got a haircut at U Serina station - no chopping, no fluency at the crossings and a cut bangs, so he looks like a convict .. Unfortunately ?

The price certainly does not correspond to the service. For 1600 crowns fifteen minutes late against the confirmed order, twenty minutes with his head tilted in the washing machine, because the overflow is flowing, cut in three minutes, blown out by the receptionist - with my permission, because the hairdresser Jitka, for whom I was ordered, already had another lady, which she went to paint. I wasn't comfortable forcing products to buy, seeing the other hairdresser chew pizza at work, or the overall climate - gossiping behind the tarpaulin, that's pretty unprofessional. Vaccination certificate or test no one wanted to see, drapes zero. The only thing that was good there was coffee. If it all cost half, I would probably wave my hand over it, but that's how I'd like the staff to read how the customer feels about them. I'm sorry that I didn't get a haircut, for example, on an apprentice and didn't send the money somewhere to charity :( Anyway, I don't come here in my life anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. EDIT: Mrs. Kubrická, who responds to my review, can't know when (which day) and what time I was in the salon. Not to mention an hour before or an hour after her. At the same time, there were two ladies with me - a short-haired brunette and an uncoloured blonde, later a customer came to the highlight, however, I do not rule out that Mrs. Kubrické could be balayge, for example, someone from a bookstore or grocery store, because her hairdresser did not have time. In fact, her review seems to be dictated to her by the hairdressers themselves, unless she's from a troll farm. Of course, you can react to the criticism of lies, but the image won't improve you much. It's rather embarrassing.

If I could describe the whole story of how I found myself here in the Salon, then I think that you go with a friend with a friend, with the fact that I'll wait before the haircut, after 2 minutes the lady came, she asked if I didn't want coffee, tea, water. And she asked if I was waiting for a seat to become available or that I was waiting for someone. And 3 months ago, but after the last visit to the hairdresser and immersed hair, I could not prepare for it, but the moment the lady was nice to me, I knew that I wanted to start a card here and come here… today I had Booking at 13:00 I came the same way in 2 minutes the girl came and offered a drink, she actually started to do it Miss the girl first asked what I want and what I would expect and if I want the result now, or I care about hair quality Of course I like it when everything is right, but in the end I decided to give a more gentle coloring, and for the first time I am very satisfied, beautiful result, Miss who did this to me is very smart, and knows her profession, She explained to me how I have to take care of everything and mainly communicate and I didn't sit there for 3 hours without saying a word… and the main thing has happened to me many times and this is the case when someone starts taking pictures of you without telling you… I DON'T ALLOW IT… it's rude. So I want to say that I am very satisfied with the result, the staff… I will definitely go there again and have it done in the color I want in the end.
