Z	Zoom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our bathroom was a disaster. The sink was broken, sprayed water all over me, the toilet brush broke during use. Stains all over the sheets and there was an old toothbrush in our soap. Worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay HERE !
C	Christina Elisabeth Wanscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed at this excellent place. Great apartment, clean and with all necessities. Used the SPA (swimming pool) in conjunction with the Intercontinental Hotel and it was just as excellent. Would stay here again anytime!
L	LL KK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My decision to stay there was changed only after 1 call to that hotel. I called the hotel to ask about breakfasts. It took four people to answer a very simple question. The first person put me on hold, the second person was not able to explain that Golden Residence was a part of InterContinental Hotel, and was just repeating that I dialed the wrong number. The third person told me that I could choose "breakfast included" option while booking, and only the fourth person was able to explain that breakfasts could only be bought in the hotel. Considering the prices of this hotel, the service could have been better.

I'm giving it four stars because the black out curtains still let quite a bit of light in and there was not a door between the bedroom and sitting area which I was expecting. Overall good experience. Reception was helpful across the street at the intercontinental.
M	Michael Morley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good size rooms, great staff. One main issue.. our bedding wasn't changed from the previous hotel users. Dirty marks and hairs were found all over the bedding, this really made the hotel room feel dirty. Would not recommend.

It was extremely difficult for our taxi driver (and us) to find because it's in a hidden spot, tucked away where you can't see it. What we didn't know was that there is no one working in the building... you have to go to the Intercontinental Hotel to check-in; it would have been nice to know all of that before we got there! All of that being said..... we loved the stay. Because it was tucked away and there were not many people there, it was extremely quiet and comfortable, albeit a little dated. The room was large and the location was good - a close walk to the highlights of old town, and it sits right along the trolley line, so it's easy to get anywhere in the city. Once we found the place, we enjoyed the stay :-)
H	Helen Wilkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are part of the Intercontinental hotel, so you can enjoy all the amenities of the hotel (gym is excellent, sauna and pool, room service etc) without the cost of staying at the hotel itself ? We stayed in room 32. The apartment is a little dated but has a good sized living room. Kitchenette has the basics for making a quick breakfast and standard hot drinks. It has a microwave oven, fridge and a dishwasher. It's located in the Jewish quarter and is a short 5-8min walk to the old town square, so it is in a great location. Apartments are serviced daily, staff are friendly and there are some great restaurants and bakery best by. This apartment is good value for money.
M	Michel K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book them again. Spa-staff was very polite and helpful. The pool isn't huge but serves it's purpose. The gym om the other hand is one of the best hotel-gyms I have ever seen. Up to date machines, new weights, barbells and very clean. Loved it!
