Pan Šafránek poskytl mylné informace, až po našem upozornění na naši žádost stavební spoření upravil. Při zrušení smlouvy, nám nabídl nové s tím, že nejnižší možný limit je 300tis(prý to tak dává každému), přitom jde sjednat s min. částkou na 50tis. Po upozornění, že to takto nechceme a že jsme si zjistili na pobočce CMSS v přízemí budovy, že lze na 50tis, upravil smlouvu. Myslíme si se ženou, že tento přístup není profesionální a hlavně může klienty poškozovat, jelikož při zrušení smlouvy platí zbytečně velkou sumu. Jsme si samozřejmě také vědomi toho, že pan Šafránek nám nabídl větší limit proto, že chtěl mít větší provize a toto jednání je špatné a poškozuje klienty, jelikož jsme předesílali, že smlouvu chceme založit a poté hned zrušit.

Mr. Safranek provided misleading information, after our notification to our request, modified the building savings. When canceling the contract, he offered us a new one, saying that the lowest possible limit is 300tis (apparently it gives everyone), while negotiating with min. amount to 50tis. After notifying us that we did not want to do this and that we found out at the CMSS branch on the ground floor of the building that it could be 50,000, he amended the contract. We think with this woman that this approach is not professional and, above all, it can hurt clients, because they pay too much money when the contract is canceled. Of course, we are also aware that Mr Šafránek offered us a bigger limit because he wanted to have more commissions and this behavior is bad and harms our clients, as we have predicted that we want to establish the contract and then cancel it right away.
