Okropna i opryskliwa obsługa (szczególnie młoda brunetka na recepcji, powinna pracować w jednej z okolicznych fabryk, natomiast na pewno nie w obsłudze klienta!!! jedynie starsza, krótkowłosa recepcjonistka jest bardzo miła i życzliwa, młodą powinni natychmiast zwolnić - podejście do klienta zerowe!!! Sporo podróżuję i nigdy z taka osobą się nie spotkałam). W hotelu same zakazy - nie wolno nawet rozmawiać przez telefon w holu, bo jest zakaz, zapalić przed hotelem też nie - tylko z tyłu, gdzie wiecznie przesiadują obcokrajowcy ‚pod wpływem’. Ci sami obcokrajowcy pukają do drzwi pokoju, zaczepiają. Nie polecam nikomu, nawet na jedną noc! Moim zdaniem, jest to niebezpieczne miejsce, tym bardziej, jeśli podróżuje się w pojedynkę. Najgorszego wroga nie zakwaterowalabym w takim miejscu. To jest pseudo-hotel, nastawiony na obcokrajowców - nie zasługuje na jedną gwiazdkę, powinien dostać minus dziesięć gwiazdek. Osobiście jestem zbulwersowana tym miejscem, obsługą, wszystkim. Nie polecam nikomu!!! Najgorszy hotel, w którym byłam. The worst place I have ever spent the night. Terrible and rude service (especially the young brunette at the reception desk, should work in one of the nearby factories, but certainly not in customer service !!! only the older, short-haired receptionist is very nice and kind, the young one should immediately slow down - zero approach to the customer! !! I travel a lot and have never met such a person). There are only bans in the hotel - you cannot even talk on the phone in the lobby, because there is a ban, do not smoke in front of the hotel - only in the back, where foreigners always hang out under the influence. The same foreigners knock on the door of the room, accost. I do not recommend it to anyone, not even for one night! In my opinion, it is a dangerous place, especially if you are traveling alone. I would not accommodate my worst enemy in such a place. This is a pseudo-hotel geared towards foreigners - it doesn't deserve one star, it should get minus ten stars. Personally, I am appalled by this place, service, everything. I do not recommend anyone !!! The worst hotel I have been to.
I	Irina Belkovskaja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень приветливые консьержки, кругом чистота, на каждом этаже кухня, санузлы и душевые кабинки, но большая проблема с хранением продуктов. На весь этаж только один холодильник на кухне. Микроволновка есть не на каждом этаже. А если надумаете стирать, то ключ от комнатки со стиральной машинкой и сушилкой у консьержки. Но записываться на стирку нужно заблаговременно на то время, которое вас устроит, либо которое будет свободно по записи. Но за постирушку вам придётся заплатить 10 злотых. А в целом всё вполне цивилизованно. Very friendly concierges, cleanliness all around, on each floor there is a kitchen, bathrooms and showers, but a big problem with food storage. The entire floor has only one refrigerator in the kitchen. A microwave is not on every floor. And if you decide to wash, then the key to the room with a washing machine and dryer at the concierge. But you need to register for washing in advance for the time that suits you, or which will be free by appointment. But you will have to pay 10 zlotys for the laundry. But in general, everything is completely civilized.
M	Maria S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokój owszem ładny, przestronny niestety było w nim bardzo chłodno. Duża łazienka, telewizor, sprawne wifi. Niestety hotel nie posiada restauracji (mimo iż w opisie jest napisane że posiada) atmosfera też nieciekawa - w hotelu mieszkają chyba na stałe sami Rosjanie którzy z natury są dość hałaśliwi - nie wyspaliśmy się bo non stop trzaskały drzwi i słychać było rozmowy na korytarzu. Plus wszechobecny smród smazonej cebuli który przenikał przez drzwi pokoju - w hotelu jest ogólnodostępna kuchnia na każdym pietrze i Rosjanie tam gotują dość ‚aromatyczne’ obiady. Lokalizacja zadupie - daleko od wszystkiego, do centrum tylko samochodem, w pobliżu nie ma żadnej restauracji, tylko sklep Społem. Za 150 zł za dobę za parę bez sniadania ten hotel to niestety jakiś żart. Na stronie mają podane o wiele niższe ceny wiec oszukują. Nieprzyjemna obsługa która siedzi w tym hotelu jak za karę. Nie wrócimy i nie polecamy. The room was nice and spacious, unfortunately it was very cool. Large bathroom, TV, working wifi. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a restaurant (although it says in the description that it does) the atmosphere is also uninteresting - the hotel must be permanently inhabited by Russians who are quite noisy by nature - we did not get enough sleep because the doors were slammed all the time and we could hear conversations in the corridor. Plus the ubiquitous stench of fried onions that permeated through the door of the room - the hotel has a communal kitchen on every floor and the Russians cook quite 'aromatic' dinners there. The location is rotten - far from everything, only a car to the center, there are no restaurants nearby, only a Społem store. For PLN 150 per night for a couple without breakfast, this hotel is unfortunately a joke. They have much lower prices on the website, so they are cheating. Unpleasant service that sits in this hotel as a punishment. We will not be back and we do not recommend it.

Dostaliśmy pokój ze zniszczonymi drzwiami oraz wspólnym balkonem wraz z pokojem sąsiednim, a w oknach nie było zasłon. Po dopłacie przeniesiono nas do pokoju piętro wyżej, w którym to nie było wiele lepiej, gdyż pokoje nie są wyciszone, a w całym hotelu panuje bardzo dostrzegalna przewaga obcokrajowców. Bardziej nazwałbym to hostelem pracowniczym, aniżeli tytułowym Gościńcem. Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations looking at the price that the hosts want. We were given a room with a damaged door and a shared balcony with an adjoining room, and there were no curtains in the windows. After an additional payment, we were moved to a room on the floor above, where it was not much better, because the rooms are not soundproofed, and the entire hotel has a very noticeable advantage of foreigners. I would call it an employee hostel rather than the title guesthouse.

Atuty to lokalizacja i zamykany parking, dostęp do kuchni. Skromnie ale czysto I have been using the services of Gościniec on a contract for half a year.
