My first time I’ve played gotcha and it was an exiting and fun experience. The housing isn‘t a 5* hotel but it’s ok for sleep. BTW, it’s not illegal to bring your own equipment across the border, you just have to store it properly when you transport it. I think that’s what mr dax hammon did wrong..

We enjoyed our buck's party there. A great quantity of playing fields. Staff is friendly and helpfully. The price-performance ratio is okay. You can spend a whole weekend and spend your time there, without using the car. They provide unless Gotcha, accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinner, barbecue area and on Saturday the disco is open.

Very nice games. Clean and well organized, however 2 stars removed for too high pressure (>5000 psi) which damaged two of our HP bottle regulators and pressure gauges rated 4500 psi. Damage 90€. Filling of bottles in the US is connecting and then let it flow until no flow can be heard. Thus 300 bar should be limited everywhere to 300 bars. Second problem was that groups can decide if they play alone by just themselves. It is way more fun to play group against group. Players coming alone needed to wait and wait until a group was willing to let them play. It should be standard that everyone at a game can play unless there are too many or groups (birthday parties, bachelor parties and companies) pay extra to get reserved fields. That's normal and helps people to get to know others as well. Bring a locker lock (Vorhängeschloss) for the amo cases at the gathering tables. So what are the steps when you arrive? - 1st take your passport along - 2nd register with name, phone number, zip and hometown and your email at the screens (only 3 available) - 3rd go inside and pay your selected package - 4th get your amo and gear as a rule of thumb - rentals come with 200 rounds and you need at least 500 more for the day - 5th gear up - 6th go to the newbie info it's every 20 minutes and it's a nice and entertaining video that explains everything - 7th go to any field you want to play and play with as many players in one game as possible. It's tons more fun 10 against 10 than just 3 against 3 as one often sees with newbie groups Enjoy your time! Play fair! Don't shoot at anyone from less that 20ft (6meters)!!! Just call them out by yelling "GOTCHA you are out".
