L	Lenkah037 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výhodou je dobrá lokalita, umiestnenie v blízkosti centra. Raňajky sú dobré, tak isto aj večere ktoré sa podávajú v blízkej reštaurácii. Zišla by sa ale rekonštrukcia izieb. Inak je všetko s ubytovaním v poriadku. The advantage is a good location, location near the center. Breakfast is good, as are dinners at a nearby restaurant. But the rooms would be renovated. Otherwise, everything is fine with the accommodation.
R	Radoslav Vítek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování se nachází v historické vile situované blíže lázeňského parku. Exteriér je krásný, zahrada dosti zanedbaná. Interiér je ve stylu začátku devadesátých let. Nelze říct, že by někde byl vyloženě nepořádek, ale leccos je tam jaksi ušmudlané. Snídaně je typu "švédského stolu". Píši schválně takto, protože je skromná, káva nevalné chuti a velký výběr chybí. Stravování je poskytováno v partnerské restauraci na kolonádě, několik minut chůze od vily. Personál se choval velmi vstřícně a korektně. Celkově jsem spokojený, ale přijde mi velká škoda, že je zanedbaná zahrada a interiér a podceněná snídaně. Poměr cena/výkon je nicméně velmi slušný. P.S.: Pozor rodiny s malými dětmi, schodiště do třetího patra je nebezpečné pro děti, neboť chybí zábradlí na stranu prosklené části schodiště a vzniká tak nebezpečná mezera. Accommodation is located in a historic villa located closer to the spa park. The exterior is beautiful, the garden is quite neglected. The interior is in the style of the early nineties. You can't say there's a mess somewhere, but there's a bit of a mess. Breakfast is buffet style. I write on purpose like this, because it is modest, the coffee has a bad taste and a large selection is missing. Meals are provided at a partner restaurant on the colonnade, a few minutes' walk from the villa. The staff was very helpful and correct. Overall I am satisfied, but it is a great pity that the garden and interior is neglected and breakfast is underestimated. However, the price / performance ratio is very decent. P.S .: Beware of families with small children, the staircase to the third floor is dangerous for children, because the railing on the side of the glazed part of the staircase is missing and a dangerous gap is created.

Doba, kdy ji vyhledávala vládnoucí elita státu pro svoji exkluzivitu, je nenávratně ta tam. Ne-vkusné zásahy komunistů udělaly také své. Jako by se tu zastavil čas a rezignovalo se na renovace či inovace (špinavé tepichy v jídelně, ventilační okno, které v zimě nelze dovřít, ...). Podobné "retro" lze vnímat ohledně snídani a na obědy či večeře ve "spřátelené" restauraci Pomněnka nelze zapomenout (tedy, pokud záměrem není prožít předešlou éru se vším všudy). Krátce: Detaily dělají celek. Tady, bohužel, mnoho drobností jinak potencionálně krásný celkový dojem kazí. Exterior and location surpass the interior. The non-tasteful actions of the Communists also did their part. It seems as if time has stopped here and there has been a resignation of renovations or innovations (dirty taps in the dining room, ventilation window that cannot be closed in winter, ...). Similar "retro" can be perceived for breakfast and for lunch or dinner in the "friendly" restaurant "Forget" cannot be forgotten (unless the intention is to experience the previous era with all the trimmings). In short: Details make the whole. Here, unfortunately, many small things otherwise potentially beautiful overall impression spoils.

Doteraz nikdy sme takuto zlu skusenost nemali a bolo to prvykrat, co sme odisli z dohodnuteho ubytovania. I absolutely do not recommend. It's a dirty, stinky place. The interior and exterior are neglected and a very arrogant unpleasant operator. We have never had such a bad experience and it was the first time we left the agreed accommodation.
