I booked a taxi from Prague to Podebrady one day before to collect my sister from the airport. First they got the date wrong and sent a unit the wrong day. They called and I explain it was for the next day. The next day unfortunately the flight was delay and I advice GP Taxi TWO hours before pick up. I rebooked for much later in the evening. After more that 20 hours trip and a small child nobody was there. When I called they told me that they already sent twice someone (first by their mistake and second dont understand why as I give them two hours notice) They decided NOT to send one unit so if I wanted a taxi I would have to wait at leats 40 min and pay 700 Kc more of the agreed price because they already "sent someone twice" for the trips they have already made. When I call to rebook nobody said anything about charging more and not sending a vehicle. Complete Lack of professionalism and customer service. I would never use their services. When I call to book, no one said anything about charging more and not sending the vehicle. Absolute lack of professionalism and customer service. I would never use their services.

Instead of the announced 20 minutes, we waited 60, while waiting I called the operator twice, for how long it takes for the car to actually arrive and in both cases I was told that it was there within 5 minutes. In the end, we canceled the order. Never more.

You just order an hour .... the operator can tell you how the car is on the way and how it will be with you in 10 minutes, so you wait for another 30 minutes and finally they will call you to tell you that you have to pull on foot. Don't ride with them

I ordered a taxi here 3 times. First the driver wandered, the second time he preferred not to arrive, and the third time he arrived in Kolín, although I still preferred to notify the address again in an SMS after previous experience - in none of the cases did I catch the train. I would rather not talk about how pleasant the dispatcher is talking, then the stars would go into the red. I called and ordered at 8 in the morning, because I needed to catch a train to Prague at 10:50. You can't rely on buses now during lockouts. But not for the GP Taxi service either. You can walk to the train station faster, and if you want to use this taxi service, call 14 days in advance so they have time to find it. It can probably happen twice, three times with difficulty.

Whenever I needed a taxi, the dispatch center told me that all the cars were occupied and the nearest deadline was an hour and a half. So professional services. Never more

The taxi was delivered on time at the agreed place. Transport fast and reliable, driver helpful and helpful

What we experienced with this "taxi company", it exceeded all limits. They will arrive an hour later in the evening, but that would still be understandable. In the morning the arranged delivery back with the dispatcher informing us about the time about half an hour, we wait - nothing, we call - "he is on his way, he is at your place in 15 minutes", we wait another half hour in the cold when the dispatcher calls that apologizes, but the taxi just doesn't arrive. And to be sure, the cow puts up the call. I absolutely do not recommend this company, acting below the level, punctuality, WASTE!

They have great response, ordering without problems. Unfortunately, there is probably poor communication between the control room and the driver, because the driver does not seem to know where to go even after repeating the place quite briefly (parking lot on the square in Nymburk). We also liked the agreed price. We talked with the driver on the road, I just take another star for the driver's pessimism and the constant solution of what is wrong and what annoys him. As if he didn't enjoy the job. Otherwise he was on time, he took us exactly where we needed him and he drove very pleasantly.
