Very bad experience with online shopping. I ordered books, paid online via GoPay, after a week I received an order cancellation without explanation. So I asked the email listed in the order cancellation to refund the account. It has been 10 days since the order to date, I have no books or refunds. At the customer service, I receive instructions on what additional information (such as the details of the payment made) I have to send to the general mailbox [email protected] so that my request for a refund can be resolved. I definitely do not recommend ordering from this publisher online.

I tried to order a book, but the GoPay payment gateway didn't work. She wanted a PIN for me. I didn't understand it at all. So I changed the payment to bank transfer, thinking that I would receive a QR code, where I would pay for a few clicks via mobile. Nothing. I only received payment details without a QR code. It's a pity, the Grady e-shop would be fine, but unfortunately he doesn't think about the smoothest possible course of the client's payment. For example, sometime in the future. I canceled the order. I want to order where they provide me with the best possible service in the entire purchasing process.

I was picking up a book ordered over the internet. The place is well marked, the reception area of ​​the publishing house as well. The pleasant lady immediately found my goods among the stacks of books, I could pay by card. Everything was fast, I was satisfied.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the services of the eshop. I ordered books for CZK 1,500 as a birthday present. I was ordering on the weekend and I needed to have them on Wednesday, so I called on Monday to make sure they could process the order. I paid immediately after the order, so at the time when the payment from account to account usually goes one day, it didn't seem like unrealistic, but I wanted to make sure if I needed to send a confirmation of payment. The young lady in Grada offered to send the books cash on delivery so that it would be possible to do so, and she would return the payment I sent to me the moment they received it, all they had to do was write down the account number to which I wanted to return the money. The books came on May 26, 2021, and I still don't have my money back today, June 18, 2021, even after a few conversations with Grada. Although he knows that the books are with me and therefore I had to pay the COD, I have to wait until the COD payment is credited to their account. And no one can tell me when it will be, it takes "very long". When I called a week after receiving the books, they told me that I would have money in my account by the end of next week at the latest. When they were still not there today (three weeks after receiving the books), I called again and I have to wait another ten days. I don't really understand why I have to wait as a paying customer for Grada to get his money from the carrier. It is not my problem how they have set up contracts with the carrier and that their cash on delivery payment takes so long. I find this meeting very unprofessional and I will never order it from the e-shop again. Edit: so as not to offend them, I add an asterisk. The books arrived in order, on time and were cheaper than the competition.
