★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 20 Jahren Kunde und ich ärgere mich immer wieder. Grade wieder 9500 Euro ausgegeben, aber dann wird man alleine gelassen oder soll den Hotline Vertrag abschließen. Wenigstens bei der Aktivierung könnte man ja noch helfen. Ich denke jetzt reicht es. Beim nächsten Mal probieren wir eine andere Firma. ?
A customer for 20 years and I keep getting annoyed. Just spent 9500 euros again, but then you are left alone or should conclude the hotline contract. At least one could still help with the activation. I think that's enough now. Next time we'll try a different company. ?
