★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Čertanovský nám na zakázku stavěl montovaný dům. Je to podvodník. Na stavbu použil jiné materiály, než měl ve smlouvě, práce provedl neodborně, dům jsme po posouzení museli zbourat a stavět znovu (jiná firma). Vše jsem platili zálohově, částku nám nikdy nevrátil ani nevrátí, jelikož má desítky exekucí.
 Mr. Čertanovský built a prefabricated house for us. He's a con man. He used other materials for the construction than he had in the contract, he did the work unprofessionally, we had to demolish the house after the assessment and build it again (another company). We paid everything in advance, he never returned the amount to us or return it, as he has dozens of executions.
