★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes (17.1.2022) jsem navstivila tuto prodejnu a byla jsem velmi zklamana pristupem personalu. Ze 3 pritomnych prodavacek, mne ani jedna neoslovila, az po dlouhem cekani. Pote mi ani nebyly schopny ukazat, kde se zbozi, ktere jsem chtela koupit v prodejne nachazi, jen jedna z nich ukazala smer. Kdyz jsem po hledani na prodejne (je docela velka) regal s timto zbozim konecne nasla, zbozi v rozmerech, ktere jsem chtela, tam nebylo. Znovu jsem sla k pultu a cekala az si pani prodavacky domotaji stuzky na kotouce a ulozi do regale, a pak konecne se me jedna zeptala, co potrebuju. Na dotaz jestli by bylo mozne objednat zbozi s pozadovanym rozmerem mi bylo strucne odpovezeno, ze NE. Do teto prodejny mam poukaz v docela vysoke castce, ale radsi ho uplatnim na e-shopu a do prodejny uz nikdy vice. Tento pristup a chovani prodavacek byl pro me velkym zklamanim.
Today (January 17, 2022) I visited this store and I was very disappointed with the approach of the staff. Of the 3 saleswomen present, none of them approached me, and after a long wait. After that, they were not even able to show me where the goods I wanted to buy in the store were, only one of them showed the direction. When I finally found a shelf with these goods after searching the store (it is quite large), the goods in the dimensions I wanted were not there. I went to the counter again and waited for the saleswoman to pick up the ribbons on the reels and put them on the shelf, and then finally one asked me what I needed. When asked if it would be possible to order goods with the required size, I was briefly answered that NO. I have a voucher for this store in a fairly high amount, but I prefer to use it on the e-shop and never again in the store. This approach and the behavior of the saleswomen was a big disappointment for me.
