★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis katastrofa! Moje rok stare bryle, ktere jsem na teto prodejne kupovala mi zde pani po 45minutach neopravila a vratila. A to jsem potrebovala jen jedno nosni sedylko, ktere mi upadlo. Jednak me pani prodavacka uz ve 20:15 upozornila, ze za chvili zavira ( zaviraci dobu zde maji ve 21:00) a jednak mi po dlouhe dobe cekani sdelila, ze sedylko, ktere by do techto bryli pasovalo nema!??? Rekla mi, at to zkusim jinde.. Opravdu vyborny servis. To mam ted jako behat po Optikach po cele Praze? Je problem mi soucastku objednat, kdyz mam bryle od Vas, 1rok stare za 5tis. Kc???
Service disaster! My 45-year-old glasses, which I bought at this store, were not repaired and returned to me by the lady after 45 minutes. And all I needed was one nasal saddle that fell off. Firstly, the saleswoman warned me at 20:15 that she would close in a moment (they have closing time here at 21:00) and secondly, after a long wait, she told me that the saddle that would fit into these glasses didn't fit! She told me to try elsewhere. Really great service. Am I like running around the Optics all over Prague now? It is a problem to order a part for me, if I have glasses from you, 1 year old for 5 thousand. Kc ???
