J	Jan Soběslavský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provedli mi měření zraku zadarmo, což byl ale jen obchodní trik, neboť pan optometrista se vám sice hodinu trpělivě věnuje, ale jinak bohužel neumí zrak změřit správně. Když mu donesete recept od lékaře, tak chybu uzná, ale tvrdí, že není závažná a že si vymýšlíte! Ve finále vám nabídnou, že jen jedno sklo tedy předělají, ale samotná výroba skel u nich trvá 14 dní! Někam to na výrobu skel posílají, zatímco v konkurenční zkušené optice máte totožná skla stejně tenčená a se stejnou povrchovou úpravou a dokonce za nižší cenu k vyzvednutí maximálně do 4 dnů a někde i vyrobená do druhého dne! S personálem je zoufalá komunikace, nic nejde zařídit a neustále volají na nějakou svou infolinku. I samotná manažerka nic neumí zjistit a zařídit a rovněž telefonuje na infolinku a ještě její komunikace se zákazníkem je velmi nepříjemná. Ve výsledku jsem si nechal vyrobit brýle jinde. Po necelém roce jsme v jiné optice zjistili, že na brýlích je pouze modrá fólie?, která je zcela k ničemu, co se ochrany týče. Reklamace nám, opět další velmi nepříjemnou prodavačkou, byla zamítnuta. Závěrem; jednání hrozné a zboží, které vůbec nesplnilo náš požadavek. Všechny možnosti se mnou personál ochotně probral a vše vysvětlil, nemůžu nic vytknout. ? A to ani u optika nebylo vyšetření očí profesionálnější. Ihned jsem si vybral krásné brýle, které nosím už rok a maximální spokojenost. Za mě 6 hvězdiček z 5. Děkuji. R	RH1 film on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme byli na vyšetření a objednat brýle. Hned se nás ujal pán a pomáhal nám vybrat obroučky. Když šla manželka na měření zraku, doktorka velmi příjemná a ochotná. Po změření zraku manželce ještě ukazovali jine obroučky jelikož jsme chtěli multifokální. Kdybych to měl shrnout, tak jsme byli max. spokojený. Today we went for an examination and ordered glasses. The master immediately took us in and helped us choose the hoops. When my wife went for a vision test, the doctor was very nice and helpful. After measuring the sight of the wife, they still showed other hoops because we wanted a multifocal. If I had to sum it up, we were maximally satisfied.

Nakonec se nás ujala ze tří prodavaček starší paní nepozdravila neměla zajem nás vůbec obsloužit bylo na ní vidět že ji snad obtěžujeme. Kdyby si vnučka nevybrala brýle tak bychom obchod okamžitě opustili. Opravdu jsem byla v šoku z chová prodávajících.Pani velice nepříjemná neochotná proč je tam zaměstná když ji to nebaví.
