Prijel jsem si do teto pobocky pro material, protoze je to relativne nejblizsi kamenolom. Bylo cca 19:00, oteviraci doba do 20:00. Na vaze a v prilehle budove jsem nenasel zadnou obsluhu, ani informaci kde nekoho odpovedneho najdu. Po 20 minutach cekani jsem zavolal na kontaktni telefonni cislo, uvedene na strankach firmy. Telefon mi vzal pan, ktery mi velmi otravene sdelil, ze uz je davno doma a jasne mi daval najevo, ze ho otravuji. Jedine co jsem se dozvedel, ze si mam zajit dolu do dilny. Podotykam, ze jsem zde nikdy nebyl....Po dalsich 10 minutach se mi podarilo najit cloveka, ktery mi pomohl a material nalozil. Z jednani pana na telefonu jsem mel opravdu neprijemny pocit a co je horsi, pravdepodobne se jeda o vedouciho teto pobocky. Doporucil bych mu nekolik intenzivnich skoleni jako - komunikace se zakazniky a manazerske dovednosti, ci jeste lepe zmenu zamestnani. Takove jednani, ktereho jsem byl svedkem, je velice spatnou vizitkou manazera a navic ocernuje jmeno firmy.

I came to this branch for material, because it's relatively closest to the quarry. It was about 19:00, opening hours until 20:00. I didn't find any staff on the prison and in the adjacent building, or information on where to find someone responsible. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called the contact phone number listed on the company's website. The phone was taken by a gentleman who told me very annoyingly that he had been home for a long time and made it clear to me that I was annoying him. The only thing I learned was that I had to go down to the workshop. I note that I have never been here .... After another 10 minutes I managed to find a person who helped me and loaded the material. I had a really unpleasant feeling from Mr.'s dealings on the phone, and what's worse, he's probably the manager of this branch. I would recommend him some intensive training like - communication with customers and managerial skills, or even better job changes. Such an action, which I witnessed, is a very bad business card for the manager and, moreover, it denigrates the name of the company.
