K	Karel Nechcizveřejňovat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, nechali jsme si k nám do firmy udělat bilboardy, které jsme 1x reklamovali se závadou, že se začaly odlepovat, poprvé reklamace uznána (důvod nekvalitní lepidlo fólie) a druhá, ta samá reklamace zamítnuta. Dle posudku se jedná o polep, který vůbec není vhodný na venkovní použití. Po reklamaci se začaly polepy loupat již po půl roce a po roce vidíte stav na fotkách. Reklamace byla ze strany firmy Grapo podruhé zamítnuta a nereagují ani na výzvu stav napravit. Požadavek byl na kvalitní venkovní polep. Pokud tedy chcete předejít podobným problémům, nenechte si od firmy Grapo nic vyrábět. Navíc to bylo relativně drahé. Ing. Karel Šudák (jednatel Ahifi, s.r.o.) Hello, we had billboards made for us in the company, which we complained about once with the defect that they started to peel off, the complaint was accepted for the first time (the reason for poor quality foil glue) and the second, the same complaint was rejected. According to the review, it is a sticker that is not suitable for outdoor use at all. After the complaint, the stickers started to peel off after half a year and after a year you can see the condition in the photos. The complaint was rejected by Grapo for the second time and they do not respond to the call to correct the situation. The demand was for a quality outdoor sticker.
