★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato hospoda je takový skrytý klenot v Brně. Jediná hospoda v Brně co točí perfektní ležák z pivovaru Grasel. Ale hlavně tento tvarůžkový chléb je opravdová fine dining experience. Nasucho opečený chleba, máslo, vyzrálé tvarůžky, tak akorát povolené teplem, že se rozplývají na jazyku. Dokonalost! PS.: jmenuje se to Pivní pes!
This pub is such a hidden gem in Brno. The only pub in Brno that makes perfect lager from the Grasel brewery. But especially this cottage cheese is a real fine dining experience. Dry toasted bread, butter, ripened cottage cheese, just released by the heat that they melt on the tongue. Perfection! PS .: it's called Beer Dog!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true secret tip for great beer in Brno. It's a bit hidden, so not many people go there - which is a shame. The place looks nice, is located in an arched basement with bare brickwork, offers beer from their own brewery in Český Rudolec (South Bohemia) and is named after a famous Austrian thieve who operated on the Czech/Austrian border. Apart from the the beers and other alcoholic beverages, they serve small snacks to go with beer, but clearly their beer is the main star of the show. They all taste great, but their dark lager is a must-try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful beer cellar with great staff located in a historical street in the heart of Brno. The beer is really good (from their own Grasel brewery) and the selection is very interesting. If you are around in Easter time, you can go there and grab yourself a seasonal green beer !
